Date: Thu, 13 Jan 2011 00:01:00 -0600 The location of the construction entrance is an integral part of the materials approved in the subdivision ordinance. Its location minimizes impacts on neighborhoods, children, and streets -- as an estimated 400 truckloads of soil are removed from the site. If all three lots are built on Carpenter Street in the first phase, there is no construction entrance and therefore no way to build the second phase as it was approved. IMHO this is not a minor engineering detail, it is a fundamental feature of the subdivision approval. --John Schofield |
