Addendum to Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Nelson Meadow Mr. Schofield, Thank you for your review and interest in this project. You will be affected by this project as well as the neighbors adjacent tot he site. I am sure Village staff and the developer will adhere to all the conditions of the agreement and our local ordinances. This item for consideration on Tuesday is merely a new phasing of the project and the timing for completion of certain public improvements. The phasing of the subdivision will allow construction that is in substantial conformance with the original approval. No development will be permitted until the Village has reviewed and approved the engineering plans. All conditions at approval shall remain in effect. Best regards, Commissioner Geoff Neustadt |
