My neighbors and I have already been ready to discuss the concerns, as well as search for workable compromises. Our nine concerns have been on the table since the beginning, and can be found here:
As to any new plans, we are still in the dark, because the Village has blocked our ability to see any engineering documents. It would be most helpful for you to remove that roadblock.
Based on what we learn about the new plans, we could have fewer concerns, more concerns, different concerns -- I cannot tell.
We can be helpful in negotiating revisions, because we are intimately familiar with the local circumstances (traffic, school children and school routes, storm water, urban forest canopy, etc.).
I/we would be glad to meet with you and your representatives. We should work up an agenda first, so the right (and right number) of neighbors can plan to attend.
I am currently out the country, returning November 2nd. I could meet as early as November 8th if we could work out an agenda. Maybe a very small meeting with yourself, Jim Russ, and me to draft the agenda. Please let me know.

John Enjoy your trip and pass along the note to another concerned neighbor if you like.
The only concern is a protected waking path for East /West pedestrians next to Basin .Thats pretty simple to achieve as we will erect a fence to provide safety for the walkers/kids.
None of the other concerns have anything to do with this phase unless the village plans to modify what we are proposing.
