Jon, attached are two pdf drawings. One shows the detail of the catch basin, berm, sidewalk, retaining wall area. I have raised the wall to keep a very minimum slope between the wall and the sidewalk.

The other one shows the slight revision I made to the retaining wall at the north end. I kinked a little to create a foot or so between the wall and the sidewalk. I also avoid the tree protection area completely by doing this. I figure that the wall is basically down to nothing at this point, so a foot or so should be fine between the walk and the wall.
