As mentioned on Friday, here's a status update for the Village's file:

The silt fence partially surrounding 5737 Brookbank Road--whether legal or illegal--remains unmaintained.

In front of 1133 Jefferson Avenue one section has deteriorated so that it presents a physical hazard, a sharp stick pointing outward at child's eye level.

The two attached pictures were taken last Sunday and Friday respectively, that is, with five work days intervening.  There was no maintenance during this period.
