Subject: For the Record: Silt Fence Date

For the record, the silt fence at 5737 Brookbank Road was actually installed in December 2004.

On the date it was installed, I called Code Services to ask how work could begin so soon, and there might be a record of that call.

The infamous board photograph was taken by Mike Kelch on 2/11/2005.

The fence-and-sign photograph was taken by me on 4/13/2005.

My first written complain was AI ID 20057 on 04/20/2005 at 11:06 a.m.

Thus the documents show the silt fence was in place long before the summer of 2005.
