We are finalizing the review of the final engineering plans and should be in a position to issue the Site Development Permit shortly. Jon Hall, the Project Manager for this stage of development, is responsible for the permit issuance. I have forwarded a copy of your questions to Jon. As I have mentioned to you before, the Village will invite the neighbors and the developer to a pre-development neighborhood meeting. At this meeting we will discuss the development process and explain to the neighbors what you can expect for this project. We should be able to answer these and other questions at the meeting. This meeting will be scheduled when the Village is ready to issue the Site Development Permit. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments. Dave
