Thank for your allowing our community to speak out last evening on the proposed "Nelson Meadow" subdivision.  Thank you especially for your interested and thoughtful questions.&nbsp;</p>

I respectfully enclose a <a href="Remarks_2006-02-14.htm"> copy of my remarks</a> prepared for last evening, which I was unable to deliver in their entirety.&nbsp;</p>

In particular I ask that you consider this fact:  The "stem" of Banchory Court at Chicago and Lee is shown on the Petitioner's
<a href="../../Plan_Commission/Page%20_from%20_Banchory%20_Woods%20_Council_Workshop_Package_20040210.pdf"> plan</a> as 70 feet wide, not 66 feet!&nbsp;</p>
