This is a very important issue for the neighborhood. There are several new impermeable surfaces created by the project which may be technically OUTSIDE the bounds of the developer's stormwater study: 1. Brookbank Road pavement (full width) 2. Brookbank Road sidewalk (east side) 3. Jefferson Avenue pavement (north side) 4. Jefferson Avenue sidewalk (north side) 3. Driveways crossing the Brookbank Road and Jefferson Avenue (north side) parkways I believe I heard the developer's team state that the stormwater falling on these surfaces is NOT routed to the proposed detention basin, but rather dumped onto the existing Jefferson Avenue pavement and thence either into St. Joseph's Creek (either via the existing stormwater culverts or across our properties should the culverts be blocked or overloaded). Some may also flow northbound on Brookbank Road. Would is be possible for you to confirm--as far as is possible--exactly what is the disposition of stormwater falling on these areas. Thanks!
